Order Processing Information

This ensures that you receive products at their peak potency and nutritional value.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be carefully processed and prepared for shipment. This processing time allows us to maintain strict quality control and guarantee that each product meets our superior standards. Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or holidays, but we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide you with premium, handcrafted sea moss products that support your health and well-being. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to delivering the best nature has to offer.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. All products are carefully packaged and shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. We proudly ship to addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping for Perishable Items (Sea Moss Gels)

Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss gels, we take extra care in packaging and shipping to maintain freshness and product integrity.

  • ✅ Perishable items are shipped via express shipping to ensure they arrive promptly and remain fresh.
  • ✅ Shipping is only available from Monday to Wednesday to avoid potential delays over weekends that could compromise product quality.
  • ✅ Sea moss gels are packed with ice packs and insulated materials to maintain freshness during transit.
  • ✅ Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days to be delivered.
  • ✅ Customers will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.

Important Note:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for spoilage or damage due to delayed retrieval after delivery.
We cannot ship sea moss gels to P.O. boxes due to their perishable nature.

Shipping for Non-Perishable Items (Sea Moss Powders and Raw Sea Moss)

Non-perishable sea moss products, including powders and raw sea moss, are processed and shipped with care to preserve quality.

  • ✅ Shipped via standard shipping unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.
  • ✅ Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the shipping location.
  • ✅ Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.
  • ✅ Non-perishable items can be shipped to both residential and P.O. box addresses.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping for non-perishable products only. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing times. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Provide a photo of the damaged product and packaging so we can promptly address the issue.

For lost shipments, please allow 24 hours after the estimated delivery date before contacting us. This is because carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely, and they often arrive within 24 hours.
