Returns and Refunds Policy

At Restoration Sea Moss, we take pride in providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our goal is to offer you the best experience possible. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Perishable Products (Sea Moss Gels)

Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss gels, all sales of sea moss gel products are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on perishable items to maintain product safety and quality.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product:

  • ✅ Contact us at Support@restorationseamoss.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • ✅ Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • ✅ If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Perishable Products (Powders, Raw Sea Moss, and Accessories)

For non-perishable items, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • ✅ Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • ✅ Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • ✅ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To initiate a return:
Contact us at Support@restorationseamoss.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the shipping address. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund or store credit within 7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout or as a store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If the product was purchased using a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted price.

Order Cancellations

Orders for perishable items (sea moss gels) cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Orders for non-perishable items may be canceled if the request is made before the order is processed. To request a cancellation, contact us at Support@restorationseamoss.com immediately.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery:

  • ✅ Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.
  • ✅ We will promptly review the issue and arrange for a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable items (sea moss gels)
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code
